Susan Malysa

New York Life Real Estate Investors

Susan joined New York Life’s Real Estate Group in early 2020 and oversees equity investments in tax credits including Federal LIHTC and State Tax Credits for the Company. Susan also oversees the management of NYL’s $1 billion tax credit portfolio and identifies lending opportunities that support affordable housing. Prior to working at New York Life Investors, Susan worked at Goldman Sachs in their private equity group. Susan began her career at KPMG as a CPA in the financial services division. Susan earned her BS at Fordham University and holds an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business.
