Jack Wambach

Jack Wambach is the Managing Director, Senior Community Investment Officer Team Lead at CIBC where he manages origination, closing, and asset management of CIBC’s CRA-motivated equity investments, including: LIHTC, SBICs, NMTC and CDFIs. Prior to joining CIBC, he worked at the Illinois Housing Development Authority for five years, where he ran the agency’s multifamily lending program and oversaw the 4% LIHTC and tax-exempt bond program. He holds a BA from Middlebury College and an MBA from the University of Chicago. He lives in Chicago with his wife and daughter.
