Amy Farrell is  SVP/Team Leader in the Community Development Division at Citizens Bank.  In this role, Amy is responsible for a team that underwrites and manages debt transactions and asset manages the Citizens portfolio of public welfare investments, which are centered in LIHTC.  Amy’s prior experience includes CRE lending and Other Real Estate Owned asset management for Bank of America predecessor institutions and Citizens.   Amy is a graduate of Harvard College and received her Master’s in Public Affairs from the McCormack Institute at the University of Massachusetts.  Amy sits on the Board of Directors of HomeOwners Rehab Inc , a Cambridge, MA based not for profit affordable housing developer.   She is also a member of her community’s Affordable Housing Trust  in Hingham, MA.
