AHIC’s Emerging Leaders Group launched in 2019 to cultivate future leaders in affordable housing investment. The program allows the industry’s next generation of leaders to learn from senior executives while also developing their peer networks.
In 2025, we are creating a new Emerging Leaders Advisory Group, comprised OF Emerging Leaders, to help shape the program and ensure it meets the needs of participants. The Advisory Group will:
- Advise on future programming content, format and locations
- Identify barriers to participation
- Raise awareness of the program
