Twice a year, AHIC meetings bring investors together to share, learn and network. Our attendees include underwriters, originators, asset managers, risk officers, compliance officers and more.

- AHIC's Spring Meeting is where housing credit investors come together in an intimate forum to forge deeper connections, fuel collaboration and shape the future of the LIHTC program. In this intimate investors-only forum, we’ll explore emerging trends, hear from expert speakers, tackle shared challenges and, most importantly, share unfiltered perspectives with peers.
- AHIC’s Fall Affordable Housing Sumit, meanwhile, brings the whole ecosystem together -- invited investors, syndicators and other industry partners -- to share best practices. With 250 attendees, it is one of the foremost annual events in the affordable housing industry.
AHIC VIRTUAL EVENTS
Third Thursdays: On the third Thursday of the month, AHIC sponsors a webinar and open forum monthly to explore pressing topics facing the industry. Recent topics have included exits, CRA reform, the economic outlook, energy efficiency tax credits, insurance and more. Risk Meet-Ups: Every quarter, AHIC sponsors a Risk Meet-Up to allow our members to share insights on issues and trends with AHIC credit officer members who bear the weight of assessing risk and approving investments. One event per year is for credit officers only.
