Susan Malysa

New York Life Real Estate Investors

Susan joined New York Life in early 2020 and is the LIHTC lead responsible for originating and managing all LIHTC equity investments as well as originating other impact investment opportunities including affordable lending and preservation equity.  Susan also manages NYL’s leveraged lease portfolio and works on the equity asset management side of NYL’s business.  Prior to working at New York Life Investors, Susan worked at Goldman Sachs in their private equity group. Susan began her career at KPMG as a CPA in the financial services division. Susan earned her BS at Fordham University and holds an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business.
