Douglas Lloyd is a Director with Fannie Mae’s LIHTC Customer Engagement Team, originating multi-investor and proprietary fund investments for Fannie Mae. Doug has been involved in LIHTC investment and tax exempt bond lending since 2001. Before joining Fannie Mae, Doug was the underwriting manager for J.P. Morgan’s LIHTC single investor (proprietary) fund group for 10 years. Prior to J.P. Morgan, he was a loan officer with the Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency and an urban planning consultant with law and consulting firms. In addition to serving as AHIC’s Treasurer, Doug previously served as Chair and Co-Chair of AHIC’s Acquisition and Underwriting Committee.

Doug holds an M.S. in Real Estate Development from MIT, as well as an M.Arch and M.C.R.P. from Iowa State. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts from the College of the Holy Cross and an Enrolled Agent tax practitioner license from the IRS.
