    New AHIC Workshop for Early to Mid-Career Staff - COMPLIMENTARY

    The Program Committee is piloting an exciting one-day event in Manhattan this fall. Designed for staffers who have never attended an AHIC meeting, this interactive workshop combines engaging learning and networking opportunities.

    Senior leaders in the field will share insights on LIHTC asset management and underwriting hot topics, wisdom on navigating a career in our field, and inspiring stories about changing lives through providing housing. Participants include:

    Participants will discuss:

    • Building a rewarding career in a mission-focused field.

    The agenda includes senior leaders in the industry, who will share:
    • Insights into emerging trends in acquisitions, underwriting, and asset and portfolio management
    • Wisdom on navigating a career in affordable housing, and
    • Inspiring stories of making an impact by providing safe, decent, affordable housing to those who need it most.


    Your company can nominate up to three people for whom this would be their first AHIC event. We’re kicking off with East Coasters– from Maine to Florida* - starting at 10:00am and ending with a happy hour, so it’s just one day out of the office. Space is limited, with attendance allotted on a first come, first-served basis.
    *In 2020 we’ll offer workshops in the Midwest and on the West Coast, stay tuned.
